Growing concerns over oil demand are impacting the market’s outlook due to OPEC+ supply dynamics and U.S. tariffs, according to ING analysts. OPEC’s oil production rose by 240,000 barrels per day in February and the group plans to start rolling back output cuts in April. The Atlanta Fed’s GDPNow model predicts a 2.8% contraction in first-quarter GDP growth, a sharp downgrade from earlier forecasts.
