Rego recently opened new locations in Michigan and Florida, aiming for expansion and innovation across its 450-unit portfolio in 11 countries.

Patel’s background at McKinsey & Company and Church’s Texas Chicken will drive growth and innovation at Rego’s Quiznos and Taco del Mar. His strategic leadership will help expand the brands and deliver value to customers and franchisee partners. Rego has also pursued growth strategies with modular drive-thru units and ghost kitchen partnerships.
