Landsbankinn's AGM approved dividend payout, financial statement, and elected Directors

Landsbankinn’s AGM agreed to pay a dividend of ISK 18,892 million to shareholders, 50% of 2024 profits. The dividend will be paid in two tranches in March and September 2025, totaling ISK 210.6 billion since 2013. The AGM approved the financial statement, remuneration policy, and elected Directors and Alternates for the Board. Ríkisendurskoðun was appointed as the auditor for 2025, with PricewaterhouseCoopers ehf. as the auditor for the financial statement.
