Grindr, Inc. reported a net loss of $124 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024, wider than the year-ago loss of $45 million. Revenue jumped 35% to $98 million, with direct revenue from core app products rising 28% to $80 million. Average paying users increased 15% to 1.1 million, monthly active users rose 7% to 14.2 million, and revenue per paying user increased 12% to $22.53. The company’s board authorized a $500 million stock buyback program, and the adjusted EBITDA margin remained flat at 40%. Grindr expects revenue growth of 24% for fiscal year 2025.
