Samsara (NYSE:IOT) shares dropped 13% as investors reacted to forward guidance despite beating Q4 earnings expectations. Adjusted EPS was $0.11, exceeding estimates of $0.07. Revenue rose 25% to $346.3 million, surpassing the consensus of $335.35 million.

For Q1 2026, Samsara expects EPS of $0.05-$0.06 and revenue of $350-$352 million, in line with expectations. Full-year outlook shows EPS of $0.32-$0.34, above estimates, but revenue guidance of $1.523-$1.533 billion slightly missed expectations.

CEO Sanjit Biswas praised strong growth, with fiscal 2025 ending at $1.458 billion in ARR, up 32% YoY. Samsara also reported 2,506 customers with ARR over $100,000, a 36% increase from the previous year.
