Saudi Aramco reports lower profit and revenues for FY24, declares dividend; on track for growth

State-run Saudi Arabian Oil Co. or Saudi Aramco (2222) reported lower profit and revenues in fiscal 2024. Net income attributable to shareholders’ equity was $105.04 billion, down from $120.73 billion last year. Earnings per share decreased to $0.43 from $0.50. Revenue and other income related to sales fell to $480.45 billion from $495.03 billion, with revenue at $436.61 billion compared to $440.88 billion. The Board declared a base dividend of $21.1 billion for the quarter, a 4.2% increase year-over-year, with total expected dividends of $85.4 billion for 2025. Progress is on track for growth strategy, expecting additional cash flows from Upstream and Downstream business by 2030.
