Indian shares opened strong on Monday, with the Sensex up 460 points and the Nifty up by 156 points. IndusInd Bank rose 4.5% after RBI reassurance, while Bajaj FinServ, Mahindra & Mahindra, SBI Life, and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories surged around 3%. Tata Motors rallied 1.5% on fund raising reports, and Welspun Specialty Solutions climbed 3.5% on securing a contract worth Rs 231.78 crore. Muthoot Finance surged 4.6% with over Rs 1 trillion in assets under management. KEC International soared 5.5% on new orders worth Rs 1,267 crore, and Zydus Lifesciences advanced 1.6% after US FDA approval for Eluxadoline Tablets for IBS-D treatment.
