Seplat Energy reports significant increase in pre-tax profit and revenue, declares special dividend

Seplat Energy Plc. reported a 98.4 percent increase in full year pre-tax profit, reaching $379.4 million, with revenues up 5.2 percent to $1.116.2 billion. EBITDA also rose by 20.3 percent to $539.0 million. Onshore assets production averaged 48,618 boepd. The company declared a special dividend, bringing the total dividend up 10 percent from the prior year. Looking ahead to 2025, Seplat projects average production of 120-140 kboepd, including production from SEPNU of 72-84 kboepd, with unit operating costs estimated at $14.0-15.0/boe.
