UBS Group AG may relocate its headquarters if Switzerland requires an extra $25 billion in capital, pushing its key capital ratio to 20% from 14%. CEO Sergio Ermotti previously stated moving wasn’t a consideration. The Swiss government aims to tighten banking regulations after the 2023 Credit Suisse collapse. UBS acquired Credit Suisse and opposes higher capital requirements.
