WillScot Holdings has nominated Dominick Zarcone as an independent director for its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Zarcone previously led LKQ Corporation, while Worthing Jackman, former CEO of Waste Connections, will become the non-executive Chairman. Erik Olsson is retiring from the board. This move is part of WillScot’s ongoing board refreshment efforts.
