Yukon Metals Corp. is increasing its private placement to raise up to C$10 million. The Offering will consist of 18,181,818 units at C$0.55 per unit, with each unit including one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. The Co-Agents have an option to increase the Offering by up to C$1,500,000. The funds raised will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes. The Offering is expected to close on or about April 9, 2025, subject to regulatory approval. The Yukon Metals portfolio focuses on copper-gold and silver-lead-zinc assets.
