The Accounting for Sustainability (A4S) Academy in the UK is now accepting applications for its 2025 cohort, offering finance teams the opportunity to enhance their sustainability knowledge and skills. The program includes five weeks of live online seminars led by experts and CFOs to embed sustainability into financial processes.

Open to participants worldwide, the A4S Academy aims to equip teams with the skills to integrate sustainability into both strategic and operational decision-making. Applications are accepted until June 30, 2025. This initiative, now in its fifth year, has already engaged over 500 senior finance professionals globally.

In 2021, A4S introduced a new framework to help businesses assess climate change risks and opportunities in valuations. The A4S Essential Guide to Valuations and Climate Change offers a five-step framework for integrating climate change considerations into valuation practices, developed in collaboration with CPA Canada and other industry experts.

Established in 2004, A4S works with the finance and accounting community to promote sustainable business models and enhance financial decision-making for a sustainable economy. Leveraging global networks like the CFO Leadership Network, A4S empowers finance and accounting professionals to lead in sustainable practices and drive positive change in the industry.
