Adobe introduced Firefly Video Model-powered Generative Extend in Premiere Pro, using AI to generate and expand video and audio clips instantly. Media Intelligence allows quick clip searches in vast footage. Other upgrades include AI-powered Caption Translation in Premiere Pro. After Effects and Frame.io V4 also received enhancements for better performance and workflow efficiency.

For fiscal year 2025, Adobe expects Digital Media Annual Recurring Revenue to grow by around 11%. Revenue guidance for Digital Media and Digital Experience segments ranges from $17.25 billion to $17.40 billion and $5.8 billion to $5.9 billion, respectively. Total revenue is expected to be between $23.30 billion and $23.55 billion, with non-GAAP earnings projected between $20.20 and $20.50 per share.

The Zacks Consensus Estimate for Adobe’s fiscal 2025 earnings is $20.41 per share, indicating 10.8% growth from fiscal 2024. Second-quarter fiscal 2025 earnings estimate is $4.97 per share, suggesting a 10.94% increase from the previous year. Adobe’s stock has a Zacks Rank #3 (Hold), with potential for growth due to its AI offerings.
