Aon has announced leadership changes in its Reinsurance Solutions division to enhance global client advocacy services. Steve Clark is now global head of Claims and Client Services Advocacy, Ann Field as global head of Client Experience, Matt Moore as head of Client Services and Advocacy in North America, and David Griffiths as global head of Claims Strategy and Innovation.

Clark will oversee Aon’s global advocacy proposition, focusing on supporting clients in managing their claims and leading strategic initiatives worldwide. Field will collaborate with product and client segment leaders to refine advocacy efforts, increase client satisfaction, and contribute to business growth.

Moore, reporting to Clark, will align North American Client Services with the global advocacy framework and drive transformational changes. Griffiths will work on improving the company’s claims proposition and supporting wider claims-related initiatives.
