Blackstone (NYSE:BX) exceeded expectations with a strong first-quarter performance, driving shares up 1%. Distributable earnings were $1.09 per share, beating analysts’ $1.06 estimate. Revenue reached $3.29 billion, surpassing the $2.94 billion forecast.
Fee-related earnings climbed 9% to $1.26 billion, highlighting Blackstone’s robust recurring income. Total assets under management grew 10% to $1.17 trillion, with perpetual capital rising 14% to $464.4 billion.
Despite market turbulence, Blackstone drew $62 billion in new capital, its highest inflow in nearly three years. Strong investor interest was seen across real estate, private equity, and credit segments.
