Buyout firm Thoma Bravo is close to finalizing a deal to acquire Boeing’s Jeppesen unit, according to Bloomberg News. The deal is expected to be worth several billion dollars and would mark a significant move in Thoma Bravo’s efforts to expand its technology portfolio. Boeing acquired Jeppesen in 2000 for $1.5 billion.
