CBRE Group beats Q1 earnings estimates, revenues up Y/Y, maintains guidance

CBRE Group Inc. reported first-quarter 2025 core earnings per share of 86 cents, beating estimates and increasing 10.3% year over year. Quarterly revenues grew 12.3% to $8.91 billion, with net revenues increasing 15% to $5.11 billion. The company established two new business segments and maintains its core EPS guidance for 2025.
CBRE’s Advisory Services segment saw a revenue increase of 13.4%, while the Building Operations & Experience segment experienced a 13.9% revenue increase. The Project Management segment saw a 6.8% revenue growth, and the Real Estate Investments segment revenue increased by 2.2%.
The company’s balance sheet shows it exited the first quarter of 2025 with $1.38 billion in cash and total liquidity of $3.5 billion. CBRE repurchased approximately 4.6 million shares during the quarter and has $5.2 billion remaining under its stock repurchase program.
