Shares of Chinese tea chain Chagee rose 15% during its Nasdaq debut, opening at $33.75 per share. The IPO priced at $28 per share, raising $411 million and valuing the company at $5 billion. Chagee, founded in 2017, has over 6,400 teahouses across China, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, generating $344.5 million in net income last year. The company plans to open its first U.S. location in Los Angeles.
