US-based Concentra Group Holdings Parent is set to acquire Pivot Onsite Innovations from Athletico Physical Therapy for $55m. Pivot Onsite Innovations offers occupational health services across 40 states through 200 clinics, catering to employees nationwide. The acquisition aims to enhance Concentra’s Onsite Health business and expand services for customers.

The deal is expected to be funded through a combination of cash reserves and borrowing under Concentra’s existing credit facilities. Both companies are committed to a smooth transition for Pivot Onsite Innovations’ clients, ensuring uninterrupted services and continued care teams. Key members of Pivot Onsite Innovations’ executive team will join Concentra Onsite Health as part of the acquisition.

Concentra currently operates 620 occupational health centers and over 150 onsite health clinics. With the addition of Pivot Onsite Innovations, the network will expand to around 350 onsite health clinics in more than 40 states. The acquisition is on track for completion in the second quarter of 2025, pending standard closing conditions.
