The firm will continue operating independently, focusing on fiduciary duties and client relationships.

The partnership aims to redefine excellence in independent wealth management, leveraging CWC’s resources and support. Houlihan Lokey and Dynasty Investment Bank played key roles in facilitating the transaction for Procyon Partners.
In a similar move, Virginia-based RIA Bogart Wealth received a minority investment from Constellation in January to enhance client services, technology, hiring, and marketing efforts. Constellation’s investments in Procyon Partners and Bogart Wealth reflect its commitment to supporting independent wealth management firms to thrive and innovate.
