Despite the market turmoil from China’s retaliatory tariffs, the SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average ETF Trust (DIA) attracted $844.2 million, reaching $37.7 billion in total assets. In contrast, the Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ) saw outflows of $976.5 million as tech stocks plummeted, pushing the Nasdaq 100 into bear market territory, down over 22% from its February high. Leveraged ETFs led asset class inflows with $1.1 billion, while U.S. equity ETFs gained $1.5 billion, adding $4.8 billion in new assets overall.
