Siemens AG has agreed to acquire Dotmatics, a provider of scientific software for life sciences R&D, for $5.1 billion. The transaction is set to close in the first half of fiscal year 2026, as approved by Siemens’ supervisory board. Dotmatics, known for its enterprise R&D platform and popular applications like GraphPad Prism and Geneious, serves over 2 million scientists and 14,000 customers globally.
