DUAL Europe has launched a new marine hub in Hamburg, Germany, marking its third marine hub in under two years. Klaus Weber will head the team, bringing over 30 years of experience in marine insurance. The team will offer a range of marine insurance products to the international broker market.

The Hamburg office will also include underwriters Steffen Thormann and Tereza Alisch. DUAL Europe CEO Olaf Jonda expressed excitement about the expansion, stating it will drive the Marine division forward and solidify their position as a market leader. This move aligns with the company’s growth strategy to provide innovative solutions in the Marine insurance market.

In addition to the Hamburg expansion, DUAL North America recently partnered with Homebound Insurance Exchange through DUAL Personal Lines. This partnership will focus on insurance for manufactured homes, dwelling fires, and homeowners. The strategic moves by DUAL demonstrate a commitment to growth and innovation in the insurance industry.
