Buterin’s proposals address network privacy and performance, proposing features to anonymize user transactions and improve efficiency. Community can refine or reject ideas. Foundation targets near-term protocol upgrades, focusing on layer-1 scaling, layer-2 support, and user experience improvements in upcoming upgrades. Long-term projects also in consideration.
