FS Bancorp (FSBW) has authorized an additional $5M in share repurchases of its common stock until March 31, 2026. The previous repurchase plan, announced on November 15, 2024, still has $900,000 remaining. The repurchase program allows for open market or private transactions following SEC guidelines.
