Stonepeak acquired Dupre Logistics, an energy transportation and logistics company, with a fleet of 700 trucks and 1,000 drivers. The financial terms were not disclosed. Chris Sower is the new CEO of Dupre, succeeding Mike Weindel. Reggie Dupre will remain on the board. Stonepeak also acquired Air Transport Services Group for $3.1 billion.
