HII’s Ingalls Shipbuilding division hosted its second annual Scouts merit badge day, welcoming over 80 Scouts from multiple states. The event allowed Scouts to explore shipbuilding career interests and gain hands-on experience in technical fields. Scouts earned two merit badges from nine different courses, led by Ingalls Shipbuilding employees who are former Scouts or active Scout leaders. The event aims to inspire and support the next generation of leaders by fostering essential skills and career exploration.
