International Food Solutions (IFS) has acquired Food With Care, a Florida-based provider of home-delivered meals for older consumers. The financial details of the deal were undisclosed. Established in 1998, Food With Care has been operating in Florida for nearly three decades, offering “dietitian-backed” meals to seniors.

Food With Care’s leadership and staff will remain in place, collaborating with IFS for a smooth transition. Both parties plan to expand nationwide, emphasizing high-quality, culturally responsive meals. IFS co-president Lincoln Yee sees the acquisition as a new chapter to expand into healthcare and senior services, offering inclusive meal solutions.

IFS, founded in 2008, produces pre-made ethnic meals distributed to institutions like schools and hospitals. The company manages brands such as Asian Food Solutions and Green Dragon. Headquartered in Florida and Cleveland, IFS recently invested $65m in a production facility. The acquisition aligns with IFS’s goal to meet diverse population needs.
