The Italian municipality of Fornelli in Molise region to unveil a monument for Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto on May 1. The artwork, designed by artist Mattia Pannoni and funded by local government, aims to embrace new ideas from young people. Fornelli boasts the highest Bitcoin adoption rate among its 1,800 residents.

Satoshi Nakamoto’s identity remains a mystery in the crypto space. Many artists have attempted to portray the faceless creator through statues and digital images, showcasing Satoshi without defined facial features. Fornelli’s monument will be revealed in Piazza Umberto I area on May 1. Other regions have utilized cryptocurrencies to attract visitors.
