Pierre Laubies has been appointed as the new CEO of Lipton Teas and Infusions, taking over from Nathalie Roos, who stepped down in September. Laubies brings 30 years of leadership experience from companies like Mars and Campbell Soup. Lipton has also formed a new global responsible sourcing partnership with Brown’s Investments.

In May, Lipton handed off its tea estates in Kenya, Rwanda, and Tanzania to Browns Investment, including the historically contentious Kericho plantation. The company is planning to invest zł60m into its factory in Poland to meet the growing demand for fruit and herbal teas. Lipton manages eight packaging sites worldwide and is present in over 100 countries.
