Wall Street saw a rebound on Tuesday, as investors piled back into tech and riskier stocks. The Nasdaq Composite surged 4.3%, S&P 500 gained 3.8%, and the Dow was up 1,324 points or 3.5%. Fewer than 30 stocks in the S&P 500 were falling, with top gainers including Palantir Technologies and Broadcom.
