Malaysia Bourse May Give Up Support At 1,500 Points

The Malaysia stock market has dropped over 1.3% in two days due to trade war concerns, with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index around 1,500 points. Global markets are also down, with China imposing tariffs on U.S. goods. On Friday, the KLCI fell almost 1%, led by losses in financial and industrial sectors. Major U.S. indices also plunged, with the Dow down over 5%. China announced a 34% tariff on U.S. imports, fueling fears of a global trade war. Crude oil prices hit a three-year low, dropping 7.4% to $62 a barrel on Friday.
