Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) has acquired Arthur Hall Insurance, a Pennsylvania-based agency founded in 1966. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Arthur Hall specializes in commercial and personal lines insurance, serving clients nationwide in various sectors like life sciences and non-profit organizations.
President Jim Denham and all Arthur Hall personnel will join MMA, operating from their existing offices in Pennsylvania and Delaware. MMA East region CEO Andrew Neary highlighted the value of bringing Arthur Hall’s business insurance expertise to clients in the region and establishing a new presence in Delaware.
MMA’s acquisition of Arthur Hall follows a similar move in January when they acquired Acumen Solutions Group in New York. MMA is renowned for providing business insurance, employee health and benefits, retirement and wealth, and private client insurance solutions across the US and Canada. The acquisition aims to enhance client outcomes and provide a wide range of risk mitigation strategies.
