Martin Marietta reported higher profit per unit due to steady infrastructure spending and data center investments driving demand for its building materials. The company maintained its 2025 revenue forecast of $6.83 billion to $7.23 billion, anticipating growth in construction activity supported by federal and state projects. Expectations are high for benefits from Joe Biden’s Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, with the company shipping 39 million tons of materials in the quarter. Quarterly revenue jumped 8% to $1.35 billion, with a 16% increase in per-ton profit.
