Modern Wealth Management has acquired two California firms managing over $1bn in assets, increasing its AUM to $7bn. Wade Financial Advisory, with over $700m in assets, and Planned Asset Management, with $350m managed by Morrie Reiff, will join forces with Modern Wealth. Integration will provide enhanced services and resources for clients.
