The SPDR S&P Retail ETF rose 0.2%, with Nike, Lululemon Athletica, Gap, Williams-Sonoma, Wayfair, and Abercrombie & Fitch all seeing stock increases. Trump stated in a Truth Social post that Vietnam aims to reduce tariffs to zero with a U.S. agreement.
