Nissan Group reported a 5.7% increase in total U.S. sales for the first quarter of 2025, selling 267,085 units. The surge was driven by strong sales of models like the Versa, Leaf, Kicks, and the new Murano. Sales of the Versa sedan spiked by 156%, while Leaf electric sedan sales rose by 103.4% compared to the previous year. Additionally, Kicks compact crossover sales increased by 84.8%, and Murano crossover sales rose by 84.1% year-over-year. These models, all priced under $30,000, contributed significantly to Nissan’s successful quarter.
