US-based hotel company Omni Hotels & Resorts has appointed Adam Hayashi as its chief revenue officer to lead revenue growth and market expansion. Reporting to Omni’s chief commercial officer, Hayashi will focus on maximising revenue performance and market share. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Hayashi previously worked for Accor as the global vice president of revenue management. He has held key leadership roles at Accor and spearheaded the creation of a business intelligence solution. Omni Hotels & Resorts operates over 50 hotels and resorts in the US and Canada, offering guest experiences in popular destinations. Earlier this year, Omni Hotels & Resorts secured a ground lease agreement to develop a 1,000-room headquarters hotel.
