Swiss sportswear maker On Holding will shift to a single-CEO model as Co-CEO Marc Maurer departs after 12 years on June 30. Maurer will assist in a smooth transition until July 1, when Co-CEO and CFO Martin Hoffmann takes over. On exceeded Q4 earnings and revenue expectations, posting record net sales and profit in 2024. Shares of On Holding fell about 2% on Tuesday and have decreased by 20% since the beginning of the year.
