Oracle confirms second data breach, sensitive customer information sold on black market

Oracle confirmed a second massive data breach where a hacker accessed sensitive information like usernames, passwords, and encrypted passwords. The FBI and cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike Holdings are investigating the breach. Oracle told customers the breach is separate from a previous health data breach. Researchers confirmed the stolen data from Oracle’s systems, which could be used for phishing and account takeovers. The FBI and CrowdStrike are investigating the incident, while Oracle has yet to release a public statement.
