Collyer will oversee capital planning and deployment for Parkland’s retail and commercial business in both countries, focusing on network planning, real estate, construction, and acquisitions. Espey’s resignation aligns with Parkland’s ongoing strategic review, exploring options like mergers, divestitures, acquisitions, or a sale of the company.
