Pinewood Technologies Group PLC has secured a five-year contract with Volkswagen Group Japan to implement its cloud-based platform in 350 Volkswagen and Audi dealerships in Japan. This deal is a significant move for Pinewood and aligns with its strategic objectives. Revenues are expected to start in the first half of 2026. Volkswagen Group Japan, responsible for importing vehicles and components for Volkswagen and Audi, operates a network of authorized dealerships throughout Japan. The platform is expected to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency for dealer partners. Pinewood CEO Bill Berman expressed excitement about the collaboration and aims to establish Japan as a key market, with plans to onboard other OEMs in the future. The software company currently serves over 30,000 users in 21 countries and partners with more than 50 OEM brands.
