President Trump orders review of U.S. Steel acquisition by Nippon Steel for national security

President Donald Trump has directed the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States to review the acquisition of United States Steel Corporation by Nippon Steel corporations. Trump cited national security concerns and reserved the right to issue further orders. CFIUS has 45 days to submit a recommendation on the matter.
