Revolution Medicines, Inc. unveiled new clinical data for zoldonrasib, a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor, showing promising results as monotherapy in patients with KRAS G12D mutant non-small cell lung cancer. The data was presented at the AACR Annual Meeting, with an objective response rate of 61% and a disease control rate of 89%. The study, RMC-9805-001, involved 90 solid tumor patients treated with zoldonrasib at 1200 mg once daily, demonstrating an acceptable safety profile and encouraging antitumor activity. These results support further evaluation of zoldonrasib as a potential targeted therapy for hard-to-treat cancers.
