Roper Technologies (NASDAQ:ROP) exceeded Q1 earnings estimates with $4.78 per share, beating the expected $4.74. Revenue hit $1.88 billion, a 12% YoY increase driven by acquisitions and organic growth. Adjusted EBITDA rose 9% to $740 million. Q2 guidance fell slightly short of analyst expectations, but full-year guidance was raised.

CEO Neil Hunn praised Roper’s strong start to 2025, despite a lukewarm Q2 outlook. The company expects adjusted EPS of $4.80 to $4.84 for Q2, below the $4.85 forecasted by Wall Street. However, Roper raised its full-year 2025 adjusted EPS guidance to $19.80 to $20.05, exceeding previous expectations.

Roper Technologies remains optimistic for 2025, raising its full-year revenue growth outlook to approximately 12% and maintaining its forecast for organic growth of 6% to 7%. Despite a softer Q2 projection, the company is confident in its ability to deliver strong operational performance throughout the year.
