Keppel, a Singapore-based asset manager, secures nearly S$2.0 billion in capital commitments from global institutional investors for its flagship funds, including Keppel Data Centre Fund III and Keppel Education Asset Fund II. CEO Christina Tan notes demand for real assets tied to climate change, urbanization, and AI. Investors include pension and insurance funds, and a sovereign wealth fund.
