S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Indices reported a 3.9% annual gain in U.S. home prices for February 2025, slightly lower than January. New York saw the highest annual gain at 7.7%, while Tampa fell by 1.5%. Month-over-month, the 10-City and 20-City Composites showed slight increases of 0.5% and 0.4% after seasonal adjustment.
