Stellantis reports 9% decrease in global Q1 2025 consolidated shipments, with mixed regional performance
From GlobeNewswire: 2025-04-11 01:33:00
Stellantis reported a global Q1 2025 consolidated shipment estimate of 1.2 million units, a 9% decrease from the previous year. Commercial efforts led to a rebound in the EU30 market share and stabilization in the U.S. retail share. The decline in shipments was primarily due to lower North American production and product transitions in Enlarged Europe. New model launches in the first quarter, including the Citroën C3 Aircross and Fiat Grande Panda, drove positive momentum. The company saw shipment declines in North America and Enlarged Europe, but growth in South America contributed to an overall 4% increase in shipments across the “Third Engine” segments.
