Thesis Gold, a Canadian resource development company, has completed a private placement with Centerra Gold, issuing 9.9% of its common shares. Centerra acquired 23.4 million shares at $1.03 each, totaling C$24.16m ($17.4m). The funds raised will support ongoing technical studies at Thesis Gold’s Lawyers-Ranch Project in British Columbia’s Toodoggone Mining District, which has shown strong economic potential. Centerra’s investment includes rights to maintain its shareholding interest and collaborate on synergies with the nearby Kemess asset. Thesis Gold plans to further develop the project through exploration, studies, and environmental assessments.
