UBS has partnered with 360 ONE WAM Ltd, a leading wealth and asset management firm in India, to provide clients with enhanced benefits through a combination of global and local expertise. The collaboration will offer onshore and offshore wealth management solutions, with potential opportunities for asset management products and investment banking services. UBS will transfer its onshore wealth management business in India to 360 ONE, while 360 ONE clients in Singapore will be served by UBS Singapore. UBS will acquire a 4.95% stake in 360 ONE and establish a joint committee to explore growth opportunities.
